Bank & Vogue Holdings Ltd. (BVH) is a group of companies with the purpose of finding “Innovative and Relevant Solutions to the Crisis of Stuff.” With over twenty years of experience in the re-use space, we are a global leader in the circular economy of textiles, the largest trader of second-hand goods in North America and operate one of the biggest commercial remanufacturing facilities in the world.
On the retail side, we established Europe’s largest and best-known vintage retail chain, Beyond Retro in 2002, where we hand-pick used items from around the world. Our private Beyond Retro label is crafted from reclaimed materials, aligning our passion for original design with a mounting concern for declining global resources.
Our production facility in India produces over 200,000 units per year and employs over 120 people. We have the capability and expertise to sort post-consumer textiles by category (e.g. fabric type, print, style and trend), as well as an in-house team of designers and trend forecasters based in our London office. Further, we offer a collaborative design process or can work on spec.

Procalçado S.A. was founded in 1973, and has since become a go-to resource for design, development and manufacturing of footwear and moulded footwear in the European market. The company operates the following brands: For Ever®, WOCK® and Lemon Jelly®.
The company’s strategy has focused on investing in product diversification, customer service and value creation — including heavy investment in advancing innovation.
Today, the company produces 6 million pairs of soles and moulded footward each year – with more than 400 employees.
We invest in environmental sustainability – including (i) sourcing energy from 100% renewable sources, such as photovoltaic power (utilising 920 panels that reduce CO2 emissions by 150 tons/year), (ii) operating selective separation of waste (up to 72% recovered), and (iii) employing a closed circuit water system to promote reuse. In addition, our reverse logistics system increases the life cycle of packaging by approximately 25%.
Oncemore® is finally bringing textile recycling available in XL.
Millions of tonnes of textile waste are created every year, but almost none is recycled. Global demand for a sustainable textile industry is high, but no realistic or long-term solutions have been discovered. Until now. OnceMore® by Södra is the world’s first process for industrial-scale recycling of textile waste, and it’s the forest who makes that possible.
Södra is a large forest industry group and we create products and services for a global market and contribute to the growth of the Swedish economy. We have control over the entire value chain, from seed to customer, and promotes sustainable development in all stages. We also focus strategically on innovation, with the aim of developing new and sustainable climate-smart products based on renewable raw materials from the forest.
Santoni Spa is founded in 1919, and officially joined the Lonati Group in 1988. Over the intervening years, the company has continuously refined its circular “seamlesswear” knitting machines, becoming a global leader in this technology – which allows us to create products with almost no seams, bypassing the need to cut and sew fabrics that so often become waste.
Over the years, our technology has evolved to manufacture a wide range of apparel, including sportswear, medical wear, knits and outerwear. And recently, we extended this technology to enable the creation of footwear – utilising a circular knitting machine to seamlessly produce a one-piece upper with zero-waste, while incorporating a variety of weaves, densities and elasticities within a single garment that improvethe garment’s fit.
The Santoni X MACHINE
The Santoni X MACHINE was developed specifically to create seamless, knitted footwear using a revolutionary 3D intarsia technology that maps different areas of the foot to create a perfect fit, while at the same time providing a choice of unlimited patterns and colour combinations.
The X MACHINE knits a range of sustainable fibres into one-piece uppers, complete with eyelets, ready for immediate application onto the sole. What’s more, each lightweight breathable upper is produced quickly and scalably.
unspun is a robotics and digital apparel company that builds custom jeans, on demand. Our mission is to reduce global carbon emissions by 1% through automated, localized, and intentional manufacturing. Through our digital fit algorithm and 3D weaving technologies, the company operates a zero-waste model. And in 2019, our team won the Global Change Award and unspun was named one of TIME Magazine’s 100 Best Inventions.
The company has offices and retail locations in both San Francisco and Hong Kong, where customers can scan and create custom jeans using some of the world’s most sustainable fabric and trim options. And customers can now access the future of fashion through mobile scanning our digital application.
The resortecs-unspun collaboration is the world’s first digital-fit circular denim jeans, reducing carbon emissions by 24% per unit of jeans sold, compared to the industry standard (according to a lifecycle assessment conducted in Nov 2019). And today, all unspun’s jeans created with a white thread are powered by resortecs.
